Cancellation and Deposit Policies
Each appointment scheduled online will require a 30% deposit. This deposit is non-refundable if the client does not cancel the appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, regardless of the reason for cancellation. If the client no-shows, a 100% deposit will be required to schedule future appointments.
